We have tried to make this as simple as possible for you. We dispatch within 3 days but if there is a delay you will be notified when you click on a product. Delivery is usually within 7 days after dispatch. Please allow for weekends and holidays.

Our couriers deliver 9 to 5, Monday to Friday. If there's no one at the delivery address during these hours, please make sure you inform us if other arrangements are to be made for delivery or our courier will return the parcel to our distribution centre and incur carriage costs. We do not redispatch free of charge.

Once a parcel has been dispatched we cannot change the details so please make sure we have all we need when we order.

Shipping will be calculated at the end of the ordering process depending on where you live.
